We are looking for the cutest pet in town and yours could be it.

Categories will be: Dogs, Cats, Miscellaneous Pets

Pet lovers by nature are always snapping photographs of their furry friends. Our pageant gives people a chance to win cash, prizes, and local exposure. We can truly make your pet a “Star”. Make sure to tell everyone about our pageant.

Encourage your friends and family to enter their own pet’s photo for a little friendly competition. It’s fun, and then after you enter your pet, tell all of your friends and family to check out the entries right here.

We must exclude professional photographers and professional show pets, but everyone else is welcome to enter.

Your pet will get lots of attention.
We are all alike in the fact that we all share a common bond with our pets. We love our pets!!!!! We think that our pet is the cutest. So now is the time to join in the fun and compete with other pet owners in town. We would like to shower your pet with praise and recognition along with cash and prizes. Wouldn’t it be a blast if your pet became a “Local Star”? You’d be the talk of the town.

Official Rules and Regulations:

All photos must be presented as at least a 4X6 photo. Anything smaller will not be accepted. Photos will not be returned.
No Photo frames are permitted.
Pets in the photo may be dressed up if you wish.
Only one pet per photo will be accepted.
Photo of pet must be accompanied with a written essay about the pet.
Prizes will be awarded to the first place winner in each category.
Judging will be based upon: Pet Appearance (50%), Written Essay (40%), Photography (10%).
No age restrictions on contest participant
Only one photo per entry will be accepted.
Your name, address, age telephone number, pet’s name and type of pet must be included with your pet entry
No professional photographer’s pet photos or professional show pet’s photos will be accepted
Entry fee is $5.00 per pet and must accompany the pet photo and essay.
Make check payable to Sister Cities Inc. to Japan.
All entries must be submitted by November 30, 2009.
Winners will be chosen by December 15, 2009.
